Shipping policy
We ship from Portland, OR using either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping rates
Within the Continental US we offer:
- 3-day shipping for $15
- Next Day shipping for $50
- Free shipping for orders over $100
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico ship flat rate for $45
Regions typically adhere to the following lead times:
Northern CA — 3-4 days
Southwest and Northwest US — 3-4 days
Hawaii and Alaska— 4-5 days
East Coast and Mid-West — 5-6 days
Orders received before noon P.S.T. typically ship out the same day (except Saturdays and Sundays).
Expedited delivery options are available for an extra cost, and follow the same guidelines: Orders received before noon P.S.T. will ship out the same day and arrive by the next evening (overnight shipping) or the following eve (2-day shipping), but this is ONLY on business/weekdays. We don't deliver on Saturday or Sunday, so please take that into consideration. For example, if an overnight order is placed at 6 pm on a Thursday, it will ship out on Friday and arrive on Monday eve.
